This gorgeous new home was one of the last open lots to be developed and as such was surrounded by already established landscapes.

These clients were keen to bring as much soft greenery around them as possible so their beloved pets could gamble around safely. They also wanted to maximize their bi-coastal views, as well as create privacy where needed from the neighbors, and create a wow factor with their plant and styling choices.

After exploring numerous local plant nurseries, they chose plants that were pollinator friendly, spoke to their hearts and that also would thrive in the local drier climate. The choice to soften edges and lines using curves wherever possible, as well as the use plant colors and groupings that complimented their homes exterior, has made their upcountry jewel already shine bright in the neighborhood.
